ONDC FIS14 — Buyer App Static Terms

Version 0.1 · Last updated: 11 August 2026

These static terms of engagement (“Static Terms”) are published by Uniclusion Pvt. Ltd. (“Uniclusion”) as the buyer-side network participant (Buyer App / BAP) and are referenced, with their version, in the STATIC_TERMS tag of messages we send on the Open Network for Digital Commerce (“ONDC”) in the FIS14 (Mutual Funds) domain. They apply to transactions we originate on the network with seller-side network participants.

1. Identity

  • Network participant: Uniclusion Pvt. Ltd., subscriber ID api.uniclusion.com, registered on the ONDC production registry as a Buyer App for the ONDC:FIS14 domain.
  • Regulatory status: AMFI-registered Mutual Fund distributor, ARN-331693. The ARN is carried in the applicable credential tags of our messages.

2. Framework

These Static Terms supplement, and are subject to, the ONDC Network Participant Agreement, the ONDC Network Policy as amended from time to time, and the transaction-level terms exchanged within the message payloads of each transaction. In the event of a conflict, the ONDC Network Policy and Network Participant Agreement prevail over these Static Terms.

3. Roles

Uniclusion acts as the buyer-side application placing orders on behalf of the end investor. Order execution — including folio servicing with the Asset Management Company and its Registrar & Transfer Agent — and collection of payment are performed on the seller side. Uniclusion does not collect or hold investor funds in the payment flow of a transaction.

4. Investor instructions and consent

Each order we transmit is placed on the explicit, authenticated instruction of the investor: the investor's identity is verified at login, the investor is KYC-verified as required by SEBI, and order placement is confirmed with a second-factor authorisation in line with applicable SEBI requirements. Investor information carried in our messages is as provided to us by the investor.

5. Data handling

Personal data exchanged over the network is used only to process and service the transactions it was shared for, consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

6. Refunds and failed transactions

Where a transaction fails or is rejected after payment has been collected, refund of the collected amount to the investor’s source account is effected per the transaction-level terms, the applicable scheme’s rules, and the timelines of the entities in the settlement chain.

7. Grievances

Network participants and investors can raise issues relating to a transaction we originated at support@uniclusion.com, addressed to the Grievance Officer, Uniclusion Pvt. Ltd.. Grievances are handled per our published grievance process and, where applicable, the network’s issue and grievance management framework.

8. Governing law and versioning

These Static Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Delhi having exclusive jurisdiction. Material changes are published at this URL under an incremented version; the version applicable to a transaction is the one referenced in that transaction’s messages.
